Our mindfulness group has been running since July 2018. The group generally has an attendance of around six. Our intention is to enjoy relaxation. This can be through mindfulness or meditation, whichever you wish to call it; we are not promoting religions or beliefs. Take what you like and leave the rest. During the hour, we use the aid of guided meditations via an iPad. These may include Depak Chopra, Kristen Neff, and other such practitioners. Afterwards there’s time for discussion on our experience. If this is of interest to you, then we’d love to see you.
